1. The company and these terms
These company-level terms concern codefashion.dev and software products and services operated by CODEFASHION TECH LIMITED (CodeFashion, we, us). Our address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact contact@codefashion.dev.
Our services include creative software, AI applications, developer tools, learning platforms and consumer applications. Our product portfolio identifies the main products and Labs projects we operate, including JevTypeSafeAI. These terms are not limited to browsing the company website.
2. Product-specific terms and purchases
The terms, plan descriptions and checkout disclosures provided for a particular product supplement these company-level terms. They explain matters such as features, eligibility, usage limits, credits, service-specific licenses and refund arrangements. In a conflict about a specific purchase or feature, the applicable product-specific terms and agreed checkout disclosures govern that matter, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
Different products may have separate accounts, balances and subscriptions. A purchase for one product does not provide access or transferable credits to another unless that offer expressly says so. Publishing these company terms does not retrospectively remove rights agreed for an existing purchase.
3. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information where an account or purchase requires it, protect login credentials and API keys, and contact us about suspected unauthorized access. Meet the age and eligibility requirements of the product you use. You must have authority to act for any organization on whose behalf you use a service.
Do not use our services unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload content you lack permission to use, compromise security, distribute malware, bypass payment or usage controls, or interfere with other users. Follow the acceptable-use rules of the relevant product and any applicable provider restrictions disclosed for a feature.
4. Payments and statement descriptions
CODEFASHION TECH LIMITED operates and bills for multiple products. A payment may appear on your bank or card statement under CODEFASHION TECH LIMITED or a shortened company descriptor, rather than the product brand. Stripe processes payments where offered at checkout.
The price, currency, billing interval, included usage and any applicable tax are shown in the relevant purchase flow. Where a recurring subscription is offered and selected, recurring charges follow the renewal terms disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Usage-based charges and prepaid credits follow the relevant product’s disclosed rules.
If you do not recognize a charge, email contact@codefashion.dev with your purchase email, the product name if known, and the transaction date and amount. See Billing & Support. Do not send a full card number or security code.
5. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Use the product’s billing controls, where available, or contact us for help cancelling a subscription. The timing of cancellation and remaining access follow the terms disclosed for that plan. Refund requests are assessed under the relevant product’s refund policy, purchase details and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services or digital content. Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgement before immediate digital delivery affects cancellation rights, merely accepting these terms does not replace those steps.
6. Content, AI outputs and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You authorize the processing of that content needed to deliver the requested service, including use of relevant infrastructure or AI providers. Additional publishing or sharing features are governed by the relevant product’s terms and your choices.
Rights in generated outputs and permitted commercial uses depend on the applicable product and model-provider terms and the law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular purpose; review them before relying on or publishing them. These terms do not promise exclusive rights in every AI output.
CodeFashion branding and software, and third-party names, models and materials, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. JevTypeSafeAI is an independent developer platform built around Jev. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TypeSafe AI. Listing a product here does not claim ownership of the underlying third-party model or an official partnership.
7. Availability and service changes
Features may depend on infrastructure or model providers and may experience interruptions or change over time. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Changes affecting paid services remain subject to the agreed purchase terms and applicable notice, cancellation and refund rights.
No statement in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. We do not require you to waive those rights to use support.
8. Privacy
Our company Privacy Policy explains company-level handling of personal information, including billing and support. Product-specific privacy notices provide additional details. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for consent where separate consent is legally required.
9. Applicable law and questions
These company terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable law provides them.
Updated terms will show a new revision date. Material changes affecting existing contracts are subject to applicable notice and agreement requirements. For questions, billing disputes or complaints, contact contact@codefashion.dev.
