CODEFASHION TECH LIMITED (CodeFashion, we, us) operates multiple software products and services. This company-level policy covers codefashion.dev and our handling of personal information in connection with the products we operate, including accounts, billing and customer support. Our product portfolio identifies our main products and Labs projects, including JevTypeSafeAI.

2. Information processed
- Accounts and support: email address, name or profile details you provide, account identifiers, and messages or attachments sent to support.
- Purchases: product and plan, customer and transaction identifiers, billing contact details, amounts, currency, payment status and subscription or credit usage records. Stripe processes card payments; card entry is handled through its payment flow. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Product content: depending on the service, prompts, conversations, uploads, generated content, saved projects, API requests or learning progress needed for the features you use.
- Technical and usage information: device and browser information, IP address, page visits, referral information, service interactions, error logs and security events.
We receive information from you, from your use of a service and, where relevant, from sign-in, payment or other providers involved in delivering that service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to deliver the services you request, manage accounts, process purchases and respond to product or billing questions. Where applicable under UK data protection law, these activities rely on taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you.

Depending on the product, information is processed by providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, communications and AI functionality. Inputs needed for an AI feature may be sent to the model or infrastructure providers serving that request. Content you choose to publish or share through a product can be seen by its intended audience. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful business transfer. A common company operator does not mean that every product makes your content public or shares it with every other product.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the United Kingdom. Such processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements. 7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the data protection authority in your country. You do not have to contact us first.
8. Age requirements and family products
Our products serve different audiences. Age requirements, family features and any parent or guardian involvement are described by the relevant product; a learning product and an AI companion service do not necessarily have the same audience or rules. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted inappropriately so we can investigate.
